About Jack West

Jack Edgar West (“Gdad,” as he is known to his seven grandchildren) started telling, rather than reading, stories to his three children when they were very young. He has carried this tradition to his seven grandchildren. The Super Smart Kids stories began ten years ago with them, and this book contains their favorite adventures. Jack, his wife Nancy, and their dog Mavis reside in Waynesville, North Carolina, and the Woodlands, Texas.
